At Catalyst HS we believe there should be more opportunities to participate in decisions that shape how we live. If we get #coproduction right integrated care systems could offer a new model of democracy using health as a gateway. Or is that too ambitious? 🤔
Get where this is coming from but we are poor on preventative approaches in England beyond health but that impact our health. Giving up the word prevention will play into the hands of those tied to a narrow model of fiscal discipline. We can prevent harm with investment.

There’s a thing in the NHS & councils where people don’t speak out against bad Govt policy. There’s a point at which, however, it’s our responsibility to do so. I think we’ve reached that point where we are facing an economic, health & care crisis. To not speak out is complicity
