$MU Micron Technology, Inc. stock has gained more than 50% since my last coverage in late November, validating the company's increasingly mission-critical role in the ongoing AI transformation.
$MU Such an improvement warrants an update on its valuation model. Below are the assumptions I used.
Is $NFLX Stock a Buy, Sell, or Hold? At recent prices, NFLX traded at under 8x forward sales.
$SCHG ’s largest holding remains Nvidia at 11%, unchanged from last coverage. Apple and Microsoft are still the second and third-largest holdings. The top ten companies now make up ~58% of the ETF’s total AUM.
$STAG Thus, while STAG’s same-store NOI growth is guided to be 4.0%-4.25% in 2025, we anticipate it will be closer to 3.5% in 2026. In 3Q25, STAG’s cash NOI runrate was $161 million.
$IBM B’s track record shows management generally executes acquisitions well. Taking Confluent guidance at face value, it’s likely IBM’s margins will keep expanding—even as the company delivers its highest margin profile to date.
In the chart below, I break out $IBM ’s Software segment by its subsegments and plot the annual growth rates per quarter for each Software subsegment. Investors will notice two things.
$MSTR Strategy's BTC holdings exceed its market cap by 20%, effectively offering investors free upside on both BTC and its undervalued software business.
$PYPL's Fastlane and Microsoft Copilot integrations show promising early results, positioning the company for a narrative shift and higher-margin branded checkout growth by 2026-2027.
$OBDC faces ongoing headwinds from lower interest rates, increased bank competition, and declining NII estimates, but forward yield now approaches 12%.
$NBIS For comparison, Nebius’s closest competitor, CoreWeave, Inc. ( $CRWV), trades at a forward price-to-sales ratio of 9.85x, or about 177% higher than the sector median. Well, it looks overvalued, but it’s relatively minor compared to Nebius’ ~1,300% premium.
$SMCI trades at 0.5x forward sales, signaling deep skepticism over margins. Despite industry pressure, the company is diversifying customers and products to stabilize and potentially improve gross margins.
