🚨 10:30pm - URGENT RACE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨 Unfortunately have to CANCEL the 2023 #CPHM & apologise to all runners for your disappointment. With rockfalls on Chapman's Peak & wind speeds above the accepted safe levels, race organisers have been denied permission to start the race.
🌧️🌬️Attention current weather indicate that we can expect strong winds 💨 and rain🌧️ Safety is our priority & we are monitoring the conditions closely. A final decision will be made in the morning once all safety measures have been checked See you at the start line. Good luck💪
