I don’t get how I order via online & missing items to the value of £25 are to be blamed on the store manager from where they were delivered & not the company as a whole. Even though when you order online you don’t know what store it will be from!? #MakeItMakeSense @IcelandFoods
Can’t afford to replace the items either so unless I want to chase @IcelandFoods round for the next week I’m not going to get anything sorted! Shouldn’t have to chase them for it to be put right. The treatment I have received has been truly disgusting!
Redelivery of my items was organised after I chased them around for 2 days. Nothing turned up at the slot time! It’s ridiculous that this is still going on 3 days later! Not holding my breath on receiving my items or a refund! Be careful with @IcelandFoods if you’re on a budget!
…4@AldiUK I have now turned them away twice & been told all along the way it was being cancelled but it never was. Meanwhile my refund can’t be processed until the item that was shipped by mistake is returned. Even though the 1st one is logged as been returned #makeitmakesense

Don’t buy any large goods from @AldiUK this summer!!! They send half an item within the dispatch time and make you wait an unspecified amount of time for the other half so you can build or do anything with it but they are classing it as being delivered because you have half!!
