I think the one in Sublimation was already explained in Yaksi Gozen in the context of... The phrase "sometimes technology can help us work wonders" refers to her replacing her eyes with mechanical ones. #MLBS6Spoilers
The ones that haven't continued are Sublimation (I doubt that one will) Daddycop Sleeping Syren, Mister Agreste Revelator, and Wrecklees Driver. And The Ruler and Noe are the last two episodes in terms of "chronology" that we've seen, and we haven't seen another one further along
