@ATT and @FedEx are truly fumbling their customer service. FedEx didn’t knock or ring the doorbell for my iPhone delivery and it’s been rescheduled until Monday. But ATT won’t allow any changes , I work a 9-5 ?? I can’t keep taking time off of work

@FedEx I sat here all day 8am to 8pm and no one came to pick up my package. This is horrible service on your driver's part. Wasting a Customer's Day and not providing service.

@FedEx is a fucking joke. Your ability to deliver packages sucks. Your 1-800 number sucks. Your customer service department sucks, your app sucks, and your CEO who reaches out and promises “he’ll get to the bottom of it and make sure you get your package” is a joke.

I love how FedEx gives you a 12 hour window for delivery requiring a signature. Shows up, doesn't knock, doesn't ring the bell, and says they missed you. Then, gives you another 12 hour window 2 days from now. Just let me pick it up!!! @FedEx @FedExHelp
