Stopped by this shop on Prince and 1st today to look at a Washburn acoustic. It's unplayable do to the 3rd fret being dead. Could cost of $100 to $600 dollars to fix the guitar (depending on why )The guitar online is only worth $299 online. Lowest they would go was $185. SAD
