@sprint plays so many games. I've yet to see the credit on my bill that they promised and no one has called me back from @sprintcare
@sprintcare no. I didn't get a sufficient amount off my bill, especially given I've had to call numerous times.
And the other time I called @sprint I was told I was going to get a call back bc the system crashed...that was 24 hrs ago. still no call
Another time when I called @sprint I was "conveniently" transferred to the wrong department that ended up disconnecting me.
3 times when I called @sprint I was "conveniently" disconnected when expressing my grievances about my poor service.
And the worst customer service award goes to ::drum roll:: @sprint. Talk about rude and unhelpful. After 5 calls I finally get helped.
The last time I had a real issue flying was with @AmericanAir...guess I'll do whatever I can to fly @SouthwestAir next time
Disappointed also bc @AmericanAir is accommodating and the manager was rude. Where's the customer service?
Heard 2 diff stories from @AmericanAir when my Chgo flight was canceled out of NOLA earlier 2day. Was it weather or Ohare airport?
