Dude @ChipotleTweets this was in my queso. I’m confused. Do I eat it ? It appears to be a giant piece of plastic. The bag says there’s lots of cleaning policies in place. Was this particular piece of plastic cleaned before being mixed into my queso?

@ChipotleTweets I was going to forgive the smaller portion today until I found pieces of plastic bag in my bowl. I understand there’s a rush during lunch, but this is unacceptable. Some bits of chicken are also hard as a rock, maybe yesterday’s chicken was stored in a bag?

@ChipotleTweets what the hell? I called and complained because my order was completely incorrect (nobody orders a kids meal and expects to get only tortillas with no other items) and now I find plastic in my burrito bowl? 1/10 would not recommend.
