Normalize not making little girls hug anyone. Let them say no. Teach them it’s ok to not want to be touched, to need space, and to choose who they share affection with. Let this generation stop the performance.
So feeling this ATM, even across the Atlantic. The fact we live in a world where journalists talk so lightly about the man and his "evidence-free" predilections without interrogating what this means for humanity. Time replace news with meditation?
The human body was not meant to go through 3 Trump election cycles.

These riots started in Parliament. Rioters chant “stop the boats” and “we want our country back” - using language from politicians across the political spectrum. It’s not enough to call out violence, politicians need to stop normalising hate. In policy and practice.

THE RWANDA PLAN IS GONE! Byeee 👋 @Keir_Starmer – now you’ve scrapped the *doomed* Rwanda Plan, how about you and your cabinet dig into: 1. Ending the hostile environment. 2. Bringing compassion into our immigration system. 3. Implementing safe routes.

Greens to win as many seats as Reform? Without the constant BBC and press attention? Or the billionaire funding? Or the social media bots? The British people are so much more decent than their media
Blimey again! Green win Waveney Valley! That's three definite seats and possibly four, if they hold Brighton Pavilion. It'll most likely put them equal to Reform UK.
As always, the media are clustering around #VichyNige like flies on sh1t. But the Green result is far more remarkable, as it happened without the massive publicity Reform was given.
I hate the fact that I have to produce id to vote. Between 2019 and 2013 there were just 11 convictions and 4 cautions for voter fraud. It's not a problem. Yet here we are - demanding proof the young and poor are less likely to have. It's Windrush at the polls.
Well worth a few quid ♥️

This is such a fabulous, thought-provoking, wise & witty pod. Every week's listen stays with me for days and weaves through my chats and thoughts. I don't want my vote to feel like a lukewarm drink when the party's over, but it does feel like a complete ideological flat beer rn.
