My reading this year isn't going as planned. 😭 I'm happy that I finished Violet Made of Thorns by Gina Chen, though! I love her style, the way she effortlessly weaves her words and paints the scene. Easily one of my new favorite authors with banter that isn't cringe. Fun read!

The only thing giving me anxiety in this horror story I'm writing is Google Docs' squiggly red line under the word "axe."
I never finished NieR:Automata and now I plan to start over on it on my PlayStation instead of my PC. But the thought of going through that prologue scene makes me want to weep softly onto a pillow.
Set aside time to write this weekend. Ended up cleaning my apartment instead.
Finally updated my Windows computer to Windows 11 and now my mouse does a disappearing act while in Google Docs. It was cute. At first.
