We've had no staff update us @easyJet on our severely delayed flight EZ3228 now changed to EZ9228 which is further delayed, Bilbao to @STN_Airport
This is the same flight my husband and I are on, are we seriously expected to stay in this airport @easyJet with no further info or alternatives #whatajoke This is not how I was envisaging my honeymoon to finish.
It should have been down to @easyJet to arrange our accommodations and giving us food and water but... nope, that didn’t happen. And guess what, now? Just advised our new flight is having technical issues too and so we will (if we will) depart delayed again. #cardboardplanes

All in all @easyJet highly disappointed at the handling of this situation, lack of customer information and transparency. It would have been better to cancel the flight and reassign us to different flights, instead we've been stuck in Bilbao for 15hrs waiting for a 1h50 flight!!!
It's been a while Twitter fam, but felt compelled to tweet because of the fiasco of my flight delay from Bilbao to London caused by @easyJet : initial issue of technical difficulties & having to ground us last night totally understood, but no alternatives or hotel arrangement?!
