Violence is never condoned. This however is a friendly reminder that Melissa Hortman, a seated Democrat, was tragically killed alongside her husband and dog just a few months ago. It was targeted attack at her home by a Trump supporter. This story was swept under the rug.
Charlie Kirk's assassination is absolutely tragic and so deeply worrying as the USA continues down what feels like a nonstop road of division and violence. I have nothing else to offer in this situation but a prayer for healing for us all and a prayer for his poor family.

We don’t yet know what motivated the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk, but this kind of despicable violence has no place in our democracy. Michelle and I will be praying for Charlie’s family tonight, especially his wife Erika and their two young children.
If you'd stop listening to the toxic neckbeards on here and would go out and actually participate in events you'd see cEDH is fine and fun right now. Some of you need to stop praising the ones who want its downfall.
