CVC's fall Stream School season kicks off with our partner Blue Ridge Land Conservancy during Bay Days at Camp Bethel in Botetourt County tomorrow through Thursday. We're looking forward to giving 4th graders an up-close introduction to water bugs as water quality indicators.

It's time to consider alternatives to EPS! Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam takes hundreds of years to break down, often becomes litter due to its lightweight size, and studies have shown that EPS may be carcinogenic (cancer-causing) as well as damaging to liver and nerve tissue.
