On the day of George Floyd’s murderer’s conviction, you know what I want to see? Chiefs of police taking concrete actions to weed out and fire the bad actors who sully the honour of wearing a badge. Guys like this one, and worse. That’s what I want to see.

Here is one Police reform that should happen immediately. Policemen and women should start dressing like Police again. No more BDU’s, bloused combat boots or other military accoutrements. Shoes, trousers, collared shirts. Think Mayberry not Fallujah.
