Booked Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul (Conf #920176166 / Trip #179-506-733-96). Waited 2 hours, they said “no reservation” and asked me to leave. Next day, same story. Looks like rooms are resold to others. I expect refund + compensation.

I recently had the worst experience with Priceline. The app double booked my trip. I cancelled what I thought was the only booking right away. I then called them to say I am still receiving messages for my booking. I’ve called at least 10x with little to no help. I’m done with it

@priceline I am deeply disappointed in your customer service and your relationship with NU car rental. Charging 500-1000 for a deposit for a rental car. That is absolutely outrageous. This should be made clear before making a reservation! #trash #scam

@priceline I have been a member of Priceline since the 1990's and customer service is now unusable and hotel deposits are now problematic in terms of % of base price. Canceled and manager lied to customer service. Contact me directly, I need true help with a refund.
