Updates on operational status of the ClubReady network

We've identified the issue that a limited set of customers are experiencing, will have a fix available soon.
We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with ClubReady POS, we are working on resolving the issues.
Just as a reminder our one-time Sunday support hours end at 2p Central today. Normal support times and channels resume tomorrow

The issues experienced today were due to an technical issue with our web servers. We are working with our service provider to resolve.
We are still working to fully investigate this issue but all members should be able to login at this time.
If you are currently logged into the ClubReady application, please do not log off. As some users are experiecing an issue trying to log in.
CR is currently experiencing tech issues preventing users from logging in. We are aware of an issue and expect to have it solved very soon.
Maintenance performed at 2am CST, 8/11 had caused site issues at 8:45 - 9:15am CST. This was not related to issues seen over the past 3 days
ClubReady has scheduled a configuration change to fix the recurring site slowness issues. This change will occur at 2am CST on Aug. 11th.
Service has been restored. We are working with our hosting provider to upgrade our service. That is expected to help resolve these issues.
ClubReady is currently experiencing intermittent site slowness again. We are investigating this issue and are working to resolve it quickly.
ClubReady service have been restored. Our datacenter services have been impacted both yesterday and today. We are continuing to investigate.
