To be fair: Pearson Vue made good on their bad service this week. They resolved a bad situation very satisfactory. Kudos PV 4 making good.
Now wasted over 1.5 hours with PearsonVue. HORRIBLE Customer service.
PearsonVue Testing Center thought it would easier to hang up on me instead of helping. They canceled the Network + exam and now not helping
Acer sent back netbook without the power cord was sent. Can't talk to a human - another product not to buy.
