I ordered groceries for scheduled delivery from @WalmartCanada. The driver decided I wasn’t home (even tho I was), and left. The driver didn’t bother to buzz, call, text, email or even wave to my concierge thru the glass. Shan’t use Walmart again. Who’s next?

All day one orders should be refunded their shipping. Canada Post was not an issue until 5 days after the launch. Supply chain management seems to be more of the issue. Shipping cost refunds for day one orders is the least that OCS could do.
