I love being a football coach. I'd like to help everyone, but I can't. So hear me when I say this: take your chances and maximize every opportunity. Dominate on the field, but win off it. Build real, lifelong relationships, because football ends. It's the Life after that matters.
The best coaches I’ve been around aren’t doing anything special. They do the basics. Over and over. With real intent. While everyone else is distracted by everything.

I've been coaching for a while, started off in youth football and then I opened up my own organization. One thing I have learned as I moved up the ranks is the people in charge listen to the wrong folks sometimes and coaches will be let go and not because your not good

Is it wrong to feel disrespected when ur position is posted for new hire n they r interviewing for it? Or worse no admin has requested a meeting with u to talk about the future of the football program. So once again I ask, am i fired? Cause I didn't resign. Good job ActonADUSD
It’s easy to look sharp, when you haven’t done any work!
High school football coaches might have the most important job in any community and it’s overlooked. They set the culture for the largest group of young men in a school. If they build good men, not just wins, that ripple hits families, schools, and the whole community.
Make sure to post all those fake offer signings tomorrow too!!! You know who you are. You street agents who "got your guys" 15 offers last Spring, but they won't be signing a dang thang tomorrow!!

Loyalty is a two-way street. Can't preach loyalty to others and not be loyal yourself. Lead by example.
PLAYERS: You might not always be the most gifted athlete on your team, but you can always find ways to improve yourself and your team. Great teams have great teammates. No matter what your talent level is, you can become your team's most "gifted" teammate.
