Last yr I didn’t walk over to the stdnt v staff game because of how unhealthy I was. Couldn’t stand the idea of walking that far if I didn’t have to. Today I got to play in it. Haven’t played in 10yrs. 6pts 3 rebs, we got the dub! Funnest day of my teaching career so far.

Almost all basketball players elementary- high school would benefit far more from gathering 3 to 9 peers and playing 2v2, 3v3 etc. instead of going to a trainer 🤷♂️ I think that’s reality. Too many cone babies out there and not enough basketball players.

This number means a ton to me! When I started back in June it said just over 435. Today under 300 (by probably a cup of water 🤣) Haven’t been under 300 in almost a decade. Not done yet though. A little ways to go and then a lifetime to maintain.
