Bought @CodeAndWeb's Sprite Illuminator ages ago and finally tried it! Cool tool! Tried automatic, then semi-auto (see quoted), then manual. Think I prefer manual (this one). Thoughts? For @MindFeastGames #IndieDev #art

Lighting magic! 💡 Today Rupert tried an experiment of applying "normal maps" to one of our 2d characters. This is a proof-of-concept showing how moving a light source around can affect different parts of the image in different ways. Pretty cool..! #gamedev #madewithunity

I don't really understand #apple... I am completely against child pornography - but the CSAM scanning, what is it good for? I don't see how this would have any use in reducing child porn. The scum switches to Android... and Apple monitors the innocent rest?

shoutout to past me who was crazy enough to attempt a normal map with Live2D... [inspired by Denchi's tests with it] I still think its super cool but so much work holy hell.


Thanks for the @gatsby webinar. @ascorbic my question that still remains is how to handle different image resolutions. High-dpi screenhots should not exceed their regular width. E.g. a screenshot on macOS with 600px should have a max-width of 300px on the webpage.


Funny... I thought that the moai game engine @getmoai was dead. But it still seems to be maintained. Last change is from 2020...
