I just want to be proud of my body. I'm sick of hating it so much. It's exhausting. It controls me. I don't like it. 😔
I need to workout. So bad. But I'm so sick of at-home workouts so I have absolutely no motivation. 😔 #SOS

Made myself a menu of what I'll eat today. Hoping that will make sure I don't snack unnecessarily. #MyFitness
Make sure you're paying attention to your portion sizes! The harder you're working, the more often your portions might need to be changed!!
