This sounds very weired bt the your only true freind is the PAIN. Inject your mind with as much pain as you can. In youth self love is hoax. To build yourself, pain is the only constant till you achieve it.
The way to keep your gut health good is good food and workout. Else you fart alot, the worst the food the worst the smell. Similarly the brain has gut health too. If you give attention and consume bad things, your brain will rot and farts would the bad quality of thoughts.
