Hi @tfwrail yet again I find it impossible to complete delay repay claim where I have a multi flex ticket. There is no ticket image to share and no way to state ticket type. I've tried app and the website. Why do you make this so difficult?

After last week's awesome episode 2 of #StarTrekStrangeNewWorlds episode 3 kinda sucked. Who gets that emotional after spending little more than 24 hours with someone, and where was all the security in what should have been a highly secure building? Weak.
Yesterday's @tfwrail Carmarthen to Cardiff service cancellation was caused by tragic circumstances but today we have another cancellation due to what feels like a continued lack of resilience! Deeply frustrating and it's getting worse, not better! 🤬
