It should be an artisanal experience. Say "No!" to CodeNext and keep cheap housing for the masses in Hutto.

To all my fellow CNC members...Let's coordinate on color when we order these so we make a big impact when we show up to protest the renewal of an outdoor music permit for the Scoot Inn. I suggest green.

Not sure how I feel about these new @AustinChronicle tees, but nice to see Player’s and Mojo’s on the list- they’re too infrequently mentioned in this conversation.

"Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" was pure fun. It reinforced the important safety message: Don't Walk! But this hits a little too close to home. Who of us haven't accidently hit someone while looking at our phones?

I have spoken with Richard Mendoza regarding the tweet. He apologized to the city and provided assurance that the department will establish better controls over messaging going forward. #atxcouncil

And Thank God that UT let out. Imagine if we had made it easier for younger folks to vote.

Thank God for Williamson County!!!

Watching the #ATX City Council Candidate Forum... @LindaGuerreroD9 points out the pain we still feel in #Austin from the voters who 60 years ago elected to develop some of the 18-hole Hancock golf course.

Not only do I not trust Voting Machines to correctly tally election results, I don't trust results that are tallied with Arabic Numerals. We should hold elections with the technology that was available in Christ's time: Roman Numerals only! npr.org/2022/10/19/113…

That's right! Urbanist want to build cheap, boring housing with minimal frills. We don't need commodity housing!

If you’re THRILLED that President Biden is considering decriminalizing marijuana at a federal level in order to stop throwing Americans in prison for smoking a harmless plant, and think that he SHOULD do it, please RT and give me a follow to join my fight to decriminalize pot!

Cheers to Linda, Liz Truss, Maggie Thatcher, Theresa May, Queen Elizabeth and all the other conservative women protecting our institutions from change.

Thank God for Williamson County!!!

Exactly, these #YIMBY's are grooming our children and making them feel guilty for their transportation choices. My group "Mom's for Liberal Parking" has been working to remove smut like this from #Austin libraries...

I don't know what kids are being taught, but I bet isn't the truth about this bike lane!

As Mayor, Kirk Watson will fight for the god given rights of million-dollar-home owners to keep commodity housing out of our community.

Kirk Watson, after refusing to answer my questions about why he had a sign from Fred Lewis's NIMBY group in his yard, offers this explanation to the Statesman 1/

"Guerrero opposed the zoning change for Cady Lofts" This is why I'm supporting Guerrero for D9. She's the only candidate that will stand up against Commodity Housing.

I wrote about the case of Cady Lofts, a 100-apartment complex that would house people living on the streets. Austin neighbors protested it. Then they stepped aside. But as one person put it to me, this story is "not all Kumbaya": kut.org/austin/2022-08…

Agreed. @EvilMopacATX should trigger compatibility on his own.

a military base across a major highway can reduce the number of homes a senior living community is allowed to have. (Camp Mabry->MoPac->Westminster) No single rule better articulates our love of exclusionary zoning than Compatibility 🤦🏾‍♂️ 🤦‍♀️

Dirty Martin's, Threadgill's and now Denny's on I-35? What's next Chili's on Lamar?
