Just released a free import script for Godot. It saves the collision and meshes as .tres files so the imported .glb file will reference those. This way your edits will propagate for every scene that uses that mesh when reimported. Download link below. #GodotEngine #indiedev

And this is what 400k triangles (left) looks in comparison to 10k triangles after just a couple of modifiers. Asset pipeline is shaping pretty nice.
Doing some procedural layering tests with #geometrynodes in #b3d so I can save time in the future. I know I've been away from X for a while but this is just because my development pace is way better. I think code just reached the 90%.

Just spent more than one hour trying to record what is going to be a 10 minutes long tutorial for my Godot Asset Iteration Helper addon. The worst part? I still have to edit and maybe do a voice over. YouTube content creation is way harder than I imagined.
I took a day off to recharge and ended up creating a new tool for my pipeline 🤡 What is wrong with me? 😅
Pro tip: If you find yourself doing something over and over, try to automate it. Just building a hotspot generator on @R0dZill4 's Material Maker that can take some maps and a noise to create hotspot textures. PS: This is one of many tools I'm releasing soon.
Not Material Maker related, but I've been doing gamejams (@GodotWildJam 79-83) with this team for 6 months and we came up with a nice way of handling sounds. And this is now a Godot addon that you will find on my GitHub. 😁
