9th day of #100DaysOfCode - just solved the 4-kyu snail problem set ... I used recursion + numpy to solve it ... my friend @KarlArmin_G helped me with fixing a few bugs - searching/learning how to tune the parameters of an algorithm to improve the accuracy of my model
