Currently reading a book that touches on a lot of Aristotle’s logic and reasoning. After learning about inductive vs deductive thinkers, I’ve started to see so many of those patterns in the people I interact with

Just finished this great book. My takeaway is to be very conscious when giving and receiving feedback. Different people sometimes require a different approach to how you should give certain feedback. Overall a really good book for navigating various tough conversations in life
Currently reading “Let’s Talk” by Therese Huston for professional development. One of the most important takeaways for me so far has been to try to keep a growth mindset, because that’s what will enable you to learn the most.
