"I can't afford courses: how can I learn web development?" - My DMs You do NOT need to spend a single cent to learn web development if you're a #CodeNewbie. Here are my Top 4 FREE places to learn for different learning styles and why each one is amazing 🧵👇

I’m curious as to how other programmers stay motivated when coming back from a burn out break. I seem to just get anxious to begin again even though I want to code #programming #CodeNewbie #100DaysOfCode

PSA: Here is a good way to start a conversation in both DMs and IRL. "Hi, I'm __, and I watch your twitch stream/know you from twitter/have watched your videos/friend of a friend. I just want to say I appreciate your work. Do you have a few minutes to talk about __?"

If you're coding with your friends this weekend, don't let them pressure you into taking a puff off of a marijuana cigarette.

The best piece of advice I have received during my #100DaysOfCode journey so far Implement everything you are learning in a project to really understand it. You can do labs and copy and paste code but debugging really helps you understand why stuff works and why stuff doesn’t

Day 7 of #100DaysOfCode 🧑🏾‍💻Today was jam packed I worked for just about 12 hours 🎠 added css to my carousel ❌😴the rest of the time I was dealing with authorization in the backend and ended the night by successfully sending local storage data to my frontend

I finished my coding bootcamp a year ago, and it was pretty taxing looking for a job. I can't even imagine doing it during covid. If you are a new bootcamp grad, share your portfolio below and I'd be glad to take a look and share it out! #CodeNewbies #WomenWhoCode

Day 6 of #100DaysOfCode 🐡spent a majority of the day refactoring my code to use hooks 🧑🏾‍🦯added conditional rendering so my webpage is no longer a big glob of information Overall I had fun today but I have a lot of work to do tomorrow

Days 3/4/5 #100DaysOfCode 👨‍👧‍👦Day 3 spent the day with family don’t feel bad for taking a break it’s better than burning out 🕵🏾Day 4 only worked a couple hours on Sunday but, I implemented a search bar filter 🎠Day 5 made a carousel just need to use css to make it look nice
