Companies going from WFH to hybrid/onsite make no sense. Both have pros and cons. It's just the switch that makes no sense. When you build your company around people who don't want to go to the office, and tell them to go to the office, what do you think they'll do?

I don't get this 9-5 hate tbh. Land a good job, and you get to learn from brilliant engineers, while company pays for your mistakes, and you earn more than enough to live comfortably.
