Last 4 weeks we have had shockingly bad customer service,response times, cancelled tickets from @AirCanada Now flight change due to illness & Basic vs Standard ticket (paying a service fee to ALLOW you to pay a change fee!!), need to buy a new ticket. We USED to love you AC :(


Seeing many tweets like mine. @AirCanada providing abhorrent customer service to decades loyal customers like myself and my husband who travel multiple times a year for work/pleasure all over the globe.After their year of issues you’d think they’d be more customer centric.


Horrible customer service twice in 2 days @Aeroplan ? Cancelled 3/7 of our parties flights next week and offered no recourse when we called except to book at higher price? We did. With @WestJet! And so will my husband’s company going forward. #monopoly #usedtocare


As a 30 year loyal member, shocked at tone deafness of @Aeroplan customer service. They took 4 MONTHs to respond (they said 2-4 weeks) to tell me illness not good enough reason to be 2 weeks late for points deadline. Wow. Just wow.

Wow @onepeloton. Do better w/ customer service. Minute long breaks in chat where I think they have hung up, and then responses with so little detail I have to fill in blanks. So glad I’m paying so much.

Having trouble with @ticketsalescom again. Online “support”. is telling me my email and order number is not valid but have an email from them with the order number. Someone contact me please.


After a few chats and emails back and forth with @ticketsalescom , I was able to speak to a customer service Manager named Lucy who listened to me, helped me understand what happened, and went above and beyond to solve my problem. Great customer service recovery! Thank you.


Not loving the @ticketsalescom experience. Didn’t know I was dealing with ticket re-seller. Paid waaaaay to much for tickets and can’t speak to human in customer service. Anyone else been replied off by @ticketsalescom ?

My apologies to @Nomalighting. Noma lighting in Canada is actually @CanadianTire products. 10 boxes of their lights. 5 work. Same with neighbors. Tried all fixes with bulb and fuse. Nothing works. #badproduct @CanadianTire

So tried Ckick and Collect at @IKEACanada Ordered online, came at right time, texted. Half hour later - no confirmation- do they even know we are here #customerservicefailure


Anyone else having trouble with @Manulife @AskManulife ? I bought more expensive CFAR insurance for my trip and it has been 15 weeks since I sent it, 10 weeks since they started reviewing my file. I was just told it might be another 12 weeks!!
