I wonder how long @Ryanair will take to even acknowledge leaving all their passengers for 4.5hours then not compensating them!
I’m on a @Ryanair flight that has been delayed 2 hr 30 for their mistake. I’m flying with two children. They are charging me full price for two small bottles of water for them. This is unacceptable.
Disgusting service from @Ryanair refusing to refund a flight booking for a passenger, where medical evidence shows her husband has terminal diagnosis measured weeks. Shameful lack of compassion.
