It’s always wonderful to support the Radyr & Morganstown Festival, and even more this year as @SJACymru are this year’s chosen charity for @RMHub. £6,000 raised so far! The money will allow @SJACymru to do what it does best - supporting Wales to become a community of lifesavers!

We may never know if what we do has a positive impact ...but today we had the opportunity to teach CPR to 93 children during #NationalPlayDay @easternleisurecentre with @gwyn_ratcliffe and joe owen @SJACBarry .

Really positive numbers today. Out of 33 inductees from 2 intakes, 16 have now graduated and of those 10 have already been on duty. Not bad for people with little prior First Aid knowledge now skilled up to provide life saving care #justincase #sjac
