Alas, my months-long effort to obtain Trump shooting Bomb Squad records ends in failure. The appeals officer said the records are part of an investigation, and thus exempt from disclosure. We may never know more about the mysterious van or other areas searched by the Bomb Squad
🚨UPDATE: My Trump shooting Bomb Squad saga continues. An appeals officer ruled today that the Bomb Squad does have records responsive to my request, but says it doesn't have authority over the matter. Therefore, my appeal has been transferred to someone who does. Very byzantine!
I’ve been given 2 measly pages, described as “event reports,” related to the Allegheny County bomb squad. We now at least know the names of those who responded to the Butler Farm Show and to the Crooks home in Bethel Park. My appeal is ongoing
