How should one share #opendata in a way that allows running a sustainable collection procedure? I think this is a great question to ask. Who should this question be even addressed to, I am not quite sure #PlatformsEcosystems
Would love to hear thoughts from #opendata folks on how an activist data project should balance how much free data to provide vs holding back data for a fee to help sustain the project. FYI lots of downloads are bulk ($!) and unrelated to the mission and audience for the project.
