I’m reading The Science of Managing our Digital Stuff The authors have conducted an experiment to measure the impact of folder depth on speed of retrieval. Shallow is better. Based on these findings, you should create a subfolder if the number of items in reaches 21.

In this first of two parts, we go over some security steps everyone should be taking.
So, every time you visit a web page to download a zipped file, you need to remember a password to decompress it. Keep the latter as a tag of the page bookmark, so that it lies at a single click distance. /cc @ComputingStyle
Adding bookmarks to local pdf files at your web browser's bookmark toolbar provides one-click access to data you frequently need (phones, tables, etc.). It's usually faster than regular shortcuts which launch your pdf viewer application. /cc @ComputingStyle

Hide unwarranted integer precision from your Excel sheets by using ROUND with a *negative* rounding value. Example: ROUND(1373, -2) is 1400. Reminder: use a positive value to round decimals, e.g. ROUND(3.1415927, 2) is 3.14
You really shouldn't be doing that, but if you absolutely must "attend" two teleconferences at the same time, the easiest way to do it is to join each one from a different device, e.g. your laptop and your smartphone.
Digital devices aren't necessarily more accurate than analog ones. This digital pregnancy test uses its circuitry to read a paper strip that is also used by the traditional tests!
