@tamtheslab the roof is fixed no point in painting inside until the leak is fixed
@tamtheslab on the inside you will want to seal it (pva & water) let it dry then stain block it x 2 then paint with emulsion only after
@tamtheslab would need to get onto the flat roof and have a look but you get roof coating that will do the outside.....
@tamtheslab the thing with councils is they 'should' be inspecting properties before they are let out, #hopeless good luck though
