@amazonIN Ordered Crocks clog of J5 (11 -12 Years) but got wrong size of C5 (2 years) . This replacement order was placed 4 times, but same result There are so many feedback for same by many customers, but no action taken. Please help.
@amazonIN Attention and help on my order#403-5156791-6021109 the information on OZMO T8 is incorrect and misleading as it’s not 22 model and suction power is also lower 1500pa instead of 2600pa. Help to return and refund the item asap. Being Prime member too I feel cheated 😔.
@amazonIN experienced very worst customer care. Seeking help for return & refund if my order. One associate confirmed that it has been initiated. Now when it was not picked up I called and came to know that no return initiated. Why you are paying those nonsense employees?
Poor customer service from @amazonIN . Even after delivering damaged product they do not bother to help, neither through call nor chat. Even they do not reply to your mails!! Sad to see my fav shopping destination is doing such cheap things
@amazonIN Issue with an order which never delivered; raised the case with amazon business support. Today they told me they investigated & cannot help any further without explanation. Our office is fully covered with CCTV & have the video proof that item was never delivered.

Removing the order ID as per recommendation Hello @amazonIN Please help. The order shows delivered and I have not received it. I tried using the customer care service, however the call was not redirected to an executive. The item is a birthday present for my 5 year old niece.

@ConsumersUnity my order with Flipkart with ID OD226111984832101000 with grocery basket was supposed to be delivered on 2/10/2022 but neither the delivery guy delivered nor i am able to cancel the order. my order is struck somewhr.customer care is unable to help.

@flipkartsupport below is my order. The delivery agent came to me on 2-Oct to deliver the order. But my old mobile was not eligible for exchange. I requested to cancelled the order and agent agreed for the same. But my order not cancelled yet. I have already paid som amount.
