I set a 10yrs plan to be as good at 70 as I was at 60. As at 1/1/2021 my stats based on daily averages over the last 6 yrs prove that as I enter my 7th year I am right on plan. My monthly averages for December were as good if not better than 2014. So God willing all is positive🙏

The body is still dealing with Tuesdays flu and pneumonia jabs. I thought I would be over them by now. I feel fine but the dip in hrv is noticeable.
Further evidence as to how Hrv can track virus progression. My recent HRV clearly shows that introducing flu via a flu jab has affected my body over two days but is improving.I expect tomorrow to have recovered.I truly believe that Hrv is key to understanding and overcoming COVID
This to me is proof of what I have been saying since COVID began. Hrv will indicate early transmission. I have been maintaining excellent readings for months now but this is the result of flu and pneumonia jabs yesterday. My hrv has rarely dropped below 50 nearly ten years.
This result is of my 12 week study of using an earthing blanket. Well impressed 12 health factors improved, 5 remained the same and 1 was worse. This was based on daily recordings for 16 weeks. I am now 6.5 years into a 10years plan to be as good at70 as I was at 60 97% on target
