Bull, not Bill @HollywoodLife. Got it right just a couple sentences earlier. And I'm case you think maybe his given name was actually Bill, it wasn't. It was Theophilus.
First the headline says he said the City's response was inexcusable. Then the first line says it was actually the looting and unrest that's what was inexcusable. Then the quote says "What happened in New York City was inexcusable." Consistency? @CNN @bvitag @VeronicaStrac
