Restaurants should hire #secretshoppers to see just how their employees behave & speak to its customers. I’m still bothered by my conversation when trying to place a catering order. What employee would turn down an order because they don’t know how to ring it up? @TSmoothieCafe
I’m so tired of the disrespect and lack of customer service from restaurants. First time taking the kids out for one of their favorite treats, @AuntieAnnes and the experience was horrible.
I love @dominos pizza. Of course one would expect good service but deplorable service and horrible looking food is bad. But for the manger to completely disregard our concerns and walk away is absurd. Don’t mess it up for the rest of the workers who cares about their customers.
