This is a remarkable claim given what I have heard alleged that Elon does to manipulate X to benefit himself and his own companies and harm his competitors and people he doesn't like.
Most of them would most likely love and appreciate the moment when they share their knowledge with a open minded older counterpart, and might even reflect on it as a quality time.
Life tip: as you get older, do your best to get used to being taught things by people younger than you, respecting them for their knowledge. Don't condescend because of their age or take it as a hit to your own ego.
