As with all previous route expansions, CARTS will be offering FREE fares for ALL non-contract trips from December 2, 2024- January 4, 2024! Be sure to keep watching our page for more updates and information as our launch day approaches!!
CARTS Connex EL will allow riders to book convenient rides for shopping, work, or wherever you need to go in the service area. Clients will be able to schedule their own same day trips using our CARTS Connex app or by calling into the office.
The Make the Connection Shuttle route will end on Thursday, November 27, 2024 and will be replaced with Connex East Liverpool on Monday, December 2, 2024. Connex E Liverpool will be a same day, on demand micro transit route servicing all of the East Liverpool/Calcutta area.
Mobility Management office will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024.
