Imagine playing or working with this man. Let them be creative and let them make mistakes. Would u sacrafice the result over development? ⚽️. Dont judge them on mistakes, dips or bad patches. Help them with patience and trust.⚽️
Players like Modric need the right guidance. Let them play their own game. Let them figure things out and let them express themselves. Young players need to make mistakes. It's not about winning. It's about development. Making mistakes is how young players learn. ⚽️
Fantastic set up … we was there from u5 to u7, didn’t half help the lads going into other leagues .. all teams play their same level so games are fair and even each week. Went there as strangers came out of friends Dom & Dicko what a fellas loved every minute of it.. ❤️⚽️

Thanks to Dom @CroxtethMini for getting us in easily the best U6 league in Liverpool, talent on there is incredible and my lads have improved by being against the best teams at their age week by week. It’s been brilliant and we will miss it. Can’t wait to be back with my next lad
