No matter how you spin it artists right now are really screwed. All the AI slop, decisions that do nothing but hinder genuine creatives that are already having their work stolen to fuel the former, etc. All we can really do is keep going, chins held high & fight back.
Just in case anyone needs these here's the most recent model sheets for Spongebob & Patrick. Most people end up using the old model sheets along with the old sculptor's guide, hence why the merch still has the golden era designs. Hopefully this will help change that now.
Illustrated this for a friend right quick to cheer them up, felt I should share it here as well since I haven't really shown how I draw the entire cast aside from Pim.
As far as robot designs go nothing really ever tops him to me personally.

Still need to do something with this, may change the design a bit... I thought of him as being a background gag character ala Fred, Spongebob commenting on his art right after he wrecks it through demolition antics every now & again as a running gag.
Designed Stephen Hillenburg as a BG fish incidental in Spongebob Squarepants, based him off of his arguably most iconic photo & a Shy Hamlet fish. Meant for the 3D models I've been working on...

Anyone want to recommend me any good Discord servers? Can be for anything such as Smiling Friends, art, etc.
When it comes to those fan-models I've been working on I let myself become too stressed with too many at a time. I'm only working on one fan-model & one fully original model at a time from now on as well, easier to manage & far more relaxed.
I've learned that I can't let excitement dictate me to post things that aren't finished, from now on I'm only posting fully finished pieces. It keeps the element of surprise in check & interest high.
