What a brutal night and morning. We have just witnessed the largest liquidation event in crypto history ever. Lots of forced liquidations from traders' long positions, causing a huge cascade of liquidations. Feels like an exaggerated panic, but let's see.

The way the altcoin market cap is moving right now feels very familiar, and turns out it is. It's the exact same chop we saw just before the massive 2020 altcoin cycle. Everything is lining up perfectly, this structure, and the bullish Q4 fundamentals. I'm so excited!
I think we will see Solana head a bit lower, deeper into its bullish FVG and previous resistance level. If price can get even closer to the bullish trendline, that's even better. It will be a nice spot to add to you $SOL bags.

$BTC is not only holding strong at the support level I marked, but a bullish divergence is also forming on the 4H chart. Looks like a solid bottom signal here, just in time for the rest of Uptober.
Don't forget, it's Uptober, and the chart is screaming it. $BTC has been rallying impulsively, so a short retest back to previous highs is perfectly healthy. Altcoins may be bleeding now, but don't lose sight of what October usually delivers. Stay focused.

Bitcoin’s Short-Term Holder SOPR has slipped close to 1, a breakeven zone. When SOPR hovers around 1, it often signals balance in selling and buying pressure. Markets rarely stay in equilibrium for long.
