I mistakenly thought @DHLUS was a delivery co. However they have had my package locally since Mon. I’ve spoken to 4 reps, requested a supervisor callback twice and still don’t have my it. Next time I need something delivered, if it has to go DHL, I’ll hire a hostage negotiator.


The @AmericanAir flight attendant said that our flight that has been delayed over 3 hours, doesn’t have a pilot. They don’t know where the pilots are and are trying to find someone to turn on air. We’re effectively held hostage on a plane with no pilot or air. Am I on a sitcom?

Having 1st flight delayed almost an hour and having your 2nd flight close its doors 6 mins early then being told you can't upgrade your seat


2 calls later and I finally get help from @SEFCU - @bankofamerica ty for being my primary bank and not putting me through issues like this
