几年前因为学技术，然后建了个博客网站，注册了域名去备案。 后来没续费，域名被境外黄色网站抢注引流了，但是我的备案还在。 然后网信办和公安直接打到学校找我，说涉嫌传播非法信息，严重的话要逮捕，上法庭进监狱。 我人都傻了。 好在后面查清楚了。 以后别瞎给国内域名备案。能不备案就不要备案。
