Highly recommend. When this resonates, it flips a switch that expands life. It quickly becomes apparent how serving your ego significantly diminishes the whole of your human experience.
A major cheat code in life: Choosing curiosity over defensiveness. You don’t get smarter by protecting your ego. You get smarter by asking better questions. “What can I learn here?” will always take you further than “How do I prove I’m right?”
My sad dog not understanding at 5:30AM that she has to wait another hour for her 6:30 feeding. Neither of us do well with fall back
“My dogs don’t give a sh*t what the clock says.” “Can we stop with this time change bullsh*t?” “But you gain an hour of sleep! Yeah everybody that doesn’t have dogs or kids!” BASED!! It’s time to get rid of these time changes! Daylight savings time is BS!
Don’t charge more for being overweight; everyone is already bearing the burden of that. Offer increased discounts based on key metabolic factors, weight being one of these. My company did this 20 years ago with tobacco; non users were given a HUGE discount
Should your health insurance premiums be tied directly to your body weight? The more overweight you are, the higher your premiums?
I work in a functional med practice. Our initial complimentary consult makes it clear that lifestyle education is foundational to our practice. Food is either medicine or poison; people heal when eating appropriately.
RFK Jr Says They Plan to Add Nutrition Education to Pre-Med Programs Across the Country “In the future doctors won’t just prescribe drugs, they’ll be able to prescribe diets as well.”
Me in 2007. Sold med device, high income, FT nanny. 24/7 grind. Quit when youngest got brainstem tumor. Thought he was going to die without me really knowing him. Downsized life, became SAHM, never regretted it. Life changing AND son lived.

I love, love, LOVE a handwritten list. Done early AM, the list organizes the day, tames chaos, puts me in conquer mode and offloads my brain. Add to that a dopamine hit every time I cross something off and an accomplished feeling at the end of day review.
Anyone else still making lists with pen & paper? Today i learned that neuroscientists call us *cognitive offloaders*. We're basically transferring data out of the brain to make more room, freeing up mental bandwidth for more creativity, problem-solving, & emotional processing.
I love these posts. People just quietly helping others, impacting the world one person at a time. Are you a helper, a giver? If you’re not, this is the big secret …. making this a way of life dims your own problems and fills your heart.
My sweet, elderly neighbor just asked me for a food basket. When I asked her what she needed, she snipped, “Lisa, it’s not for me, it’s for my friend, Betty.” I got the basket all done and offered to drive it to Betty. She broke down in tears, and said it’s for herself. I…
This is a person who does not cook. Not only is cooking your own food less expensive but it’s much healthier as you have total control of the ingredients. Two wins in one.
Having an optimally functioning thyroid makes every aspect of life better. And dessicated thyroid for the win every time …. T4/T3 combination.
So my midwife put me on 60mg of armor thyroid and when I tell you, I have not felt this good and centered and energetic in at least 4 years. I am able to laugh, I am able to think, I can complete tasks without it feeling like that hardest thing ever. Thank you Lord.
I admire those that step up to do the things that need to be done. They don’t tell others to do, they don’t discuss the doing, they just do the things. We all have opportunities abounding in our communities where we can quietly do things that matter.
🚨#BREAKING: Chimney Rock NC officials have confirmed that a mind-blowing 2,000 members of the Pennsylvania Amish Community have been quietly rebuilding the town's homes, businesses, and bridges... ...for 6 months straight GOD BLESS THE AMISH!!
My son has MPNST for which his Oncologist has said there is no effective treatment. We gave him a tiny 21 day IVM/FB protocol in August (last PET in August). New PET results dropped last night. Following 13 tumors, most decreased uptake (some significantly), MRI shows either…
I run the largest Ivermectin Cancer Clinic in the world. Every day, I post cancer success stories with Ivermectin and Fenbendazole. Most of these success stories are Stage 4 Cancer success stories, and many of these patients are now cancer free.
My son has mid April appts at Cincinnati Children’s, got this email today from his specialty clinic. Proactive preparation. This is just one of the many reasons why we travel 6+ hours for his care.
Hanging in my home as a reminder. You’ll be too much for some, too little for others; those aren’t your people. It’s not personal. You’ll be a perfect fit for your people.
Biggest pushback we get at our practice is cost of BHRT ($150/mo); husbands don’t want to pay. While complaining about mood and no libido, they resent the cost of treatment that restores libido and improves mood. Want your wife to play? Pay the $150. Hormones drive sexuality
Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy can be a game-changer for people w/ hormonal imbalances. BHRT can alleviate symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, &⬇️libido; maintain bone density to reduce risk of osteoporosis; & improve sleep/mood.
The miracle of Compassion is that if you even find the edge of it, the iceberg melts. The effect is instant. The heart opens. Suddenly, when the heart opens, the Mind opens. It can hear things it could not hear before, like the soft voice of the Soul.
I’m 61, did this with no problem. My mom at 82 decided she needed to go from sit to stand with no hands so joined CrossFit. Once she succeeded, maintained at home. Post stroke this made a huge difference for her.
If you want to be happy, make someone else happy. If you want to find the right person in your life, be the right person. If you want to see change in the world, become the change you want to see.
Life is short and your journey is hard. Don't travel alone, always travel with hope and happiness in your heart. Always carry the love for life and kindness for others in your heart. - Sangeeta Rana
83 yo mom had a stroke this week. Fortunately her 82 yo self prepped for this, joining @CrossFit last year to gain strength. 3 days post stroke able to go from sitting to standing with arms crossed in front of her chest, 10 reps. Badass. We help determine our outcomes by our…
